9 AM - 4 PM 5 days and we will be pleased to speak to you personally and
attend to your order and any queries you may have.

EMAIL: You can Email your order and we will contact you to confirm
payment and dispatch details. Please include your PHONE NUMBER
and location/postal region.
Do not Email me your credit card details. The Order Form can be printed out
filled in and scanned/faxed and or emailed. The form is the correct place
to put your CC details.

FAX: 24 Hours - 7 Days. Print out the Order Form.  List the items you
wish to order, fill in all other details carefully and  FAX to (07) 5472 7041
VISA, AMEX, Mastercard or Bankcard.
Make sure all details are correct and that order form is signed.

POST: As above, including payment by money order or include
your Credit Card details. We do not accept personal cheques. You can print and post the ORDER FORM.

For orders over $100 and all new and international orders a scan or photocopy of the front and back of your credit card is necessary. This is the prefered way you can order from us, unless you telephone,email or fax me personallyand make other arrangements. As stated above this ;imitation only applies to International orders and First Time customers.

BACK ORDERS. We try to keep all items listed in stock, but as some items are made to measure, cut and make times are sometimes unavoidable. Out of stock items will be forwarded as soon as stock is available, Approximately 2 weeks.

POSTAGE RATES
If paying for order by Credit Card. Actual postage will be charged, plus
a small packing fee of $1.00 to $3.00 depending on packing required

EXPRESS POST - Next Day Delivery to Australia Post Designated Postcodes.
We can dispatch small orders by Express Post, provided goods can be safely
packaged in Australia Post Satchel. 3 Kg Satchel $10.00.  500gr Satchel  $7.00
Note: We must receive your order NO LATER than 10.30am for same day
Express Post dispatch.

OVERSEAS ORDERS. Delivery time is normally One Week
Minimum order value: Australian $25.00, plus shipping
Payment in Aust$ only, by Bank draft, International Money Order or by
Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard.
Please note we do not accept cheques.
Freight/Postage: We will quote for most economical method of shipping.
